The Hedgehog Room is part of Dimineți in Cerdac House and is built of thick adobe brick made by my great-grandmother almost 100 years ago. It is connected to the new house with hemp concrete and finished with only natural materials.
It used to be the "good room" that was only opened on holidays, when the priest went to sanctify the houses of the Christians. Good, good, but what's the deal with the Hedgehog? I invite you to discover him when you stay with us. It was drawn by our talented friend and cartoonist, Cristina Muresan-Toth, inspired by the cheerful face of Vic, a wonder boy, who came to our family just as the Dimineți în Cerdac house project was starting to take shape.
Like the Sofica Room, this space offers great thermal comfort and access to the authentic experience of enjoying a few days spent in your grandparents' house from another time.
The Room with Hedgehogs is a studio-type double room with a separate entrance from the attic and is equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, being able to comfortably and quietly host a couple willing to spend a few days away from the daily hustle and bustle.
